I bought a 2003 Honda Civic, and the seller told me that there was an open recall regarding the headlight switch. He said he hadn’t fixed it because he didn’t experience any problems. I bought a CARFAX Report before buying the car, and the recall appeared there as well. After I bought it, I took it to a Honda dealer and they made the recall repair at no charge. The open recall was not really a problem for me, and I had a very positive car-buying experience.
